Personal -
First of all thank you for taking the time to research who you may be working with, there is nothing more important than choosing a full time agent that knows the market and has great experience. My family is from the Brooklyn area and we currently reside in the Lake Columbia area. I live my life by trying to accomplish and experience everything that I can. I am extremely motivated and passionate about basically everything I do. I love working with people and being associated with so many great people in my life. I spend most of my time working to support my beautiful family of a wife and 2 boys, however when I have some free time you won't find me on the couch! My hobbies that I enjoy are skiing, snowboarding, jet skiing, hockey, golf, all water sports, learning more about my industry, wood working, and home projects.

Professional -
My background came from being a 4th generation Carpenter. It may not seem like it relates to real estate but I can't begin to explain how it has helped me along the way. I have used not only the knowledge I gained from construction but also the work ethic to help propel me to be one of the top selling agents in the area. The knowledge of homes and work ethic has been huge but I think my passion to help people make their dreams come true is the biggest part of my success.

If you know anyone who has worked with me, I'm sure they will tell you that I was open and honest up front. My goal is to provide my clients with the most information prior to making a decision and give them the guidance to make the best decisions. I pride myself on being a great negotiator and not the agent who is just trying to make another sale.

I am also very dedicated to getting my listings Sold! The way I look at it, when you sign a listing contract, you hired me to do an job and not just put your info in the MLS. I am constantly exploring new ways to market my properties and because of it I have a huge success rate. Please give me the opportunity to speak with you about what I will do to market your home. The best advice I can give you is to make sure you do it right the first time. If you choose the wrong person first, you can count on it costing you more money down the road. I am also involved with the Irish Hills Chamber of Commerce where we work together promoting not only our local business but also our amazing area.

In 2014 I began the "Irish Hills Lakes and Homes Tour" and have since been the committee's chairperson. This event has proven to be very successful and allows us to showcase our lakes to a great amount of people who would have never had the opportunity to do so. This has become an extremely successful event that's increased interest in our community and lakes. I've now sold several homes to buyers that had never known about the Irish Hills prior to finding out about and attending the Lake and Home Tour.

2015 - Current I was the exclusive listing agent for properties owned by the Lake Columbia Property Owners Association. The association board gave me a chance and after proving my ability, I was awarded with more properties to sell. After multiple sales I have gained their trust and multiple referrals along the way.

2016 - Current: I honorably accepted an invitation by Columbia Township to be on the "Board of Review". This is the board you would present to if you have a dispute about your property assessment, tax concerns, etc. I am very grateful for this opportunity to not only expand my knowledge in these areas, but also to connect with local residents and help people of the community. I have since became the Chairman of the board and intend to continue helping those of our community for the foreseeable future.
